- I saw V for Vendetta on St. Patrick's day 2006. I know because it was a big to-do. That was either opening weekend, or very close to the beginning of the theatre run. It was completed in 2005, but delayed for a period of time out of "sensitivity" about the Tubeway bombings in the U.K. Xpovos

- Yeah, I thought it was pretty terrible. I thought that while X-1 and X-2 were impressive displays of mutant power without delving into the realm of obvious fantasy. Also, Singer and his writers did an excellent job in character development and plot. X-3 ignored mutants beyond their powers and then exaggerated the powers to make up for that -- right into that fantasy realm. As a result, X-3 feels significantly less real, and is a mere shadow of what could have been. Also, cliched at every turn. Xpovos 12:49, 20 February 2007 (EST)
